Beth is also active with the National MPS Society, Inc., a foundation that raises research money and offers support to individuals afflicted by rare genetic diseases like the one that affected her late brothers.

Each year, since 2001, Beth participates in a charity event performed by New York City journalists. Their group, The Inner Circle, raises money for numerous charities. Beth’s share of the money raised goes to the National MPS Society. For more information about The Inner Circle, a New York institution since 1922, see its website at www.innercircleshow.org. Beth was the organization’s President for the 2014 show.
Beth is also on the Legal and Advocacy Program board of Covenant House New York, a shelter for homeless teens in New York City.
Beth is a graduate of Mount Holyoke College and Fordham Law School.
